It's dark outside. i think it's gonna rain. so why won't it rain?....

This brings back memories of the SARS period in 'o3, when school was out and I just stayed logged on to the comp, chatting. When the bills came, it was an outrageous one, and thereafter we decided that we should change to broadband instead. Ha... not that it made a lot of difference though. I gather that was the only time I'd stupidly spend 3/4 of a day logged on, talking to someone I barely knew. How dumb.
